Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the LunaDreams website or placing an order. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Definitions: "Business day" means any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or a Singapore public holiday as gazetted under the Holidays Act (Cap. 126). All processing and response timeframes stated in these Terms and our related policies (including the Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy) are calculated in Singapore business days unless otherwise stated.


1. General

These Terms of Service govern your use of the LunaDreams website at lunadreams.com and any purchases made through it. LunaDreams is operated under Singapore law. By using this website, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them.

Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on the LunaDreams website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or that you are accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms of Service on your behalf.


2. Products

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product colours accurately, however we cannot guarantee that your screen will accurately reflect the true colour of our products.


3. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. LunaDreams reserves the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods as listed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be verified.


4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified and refunded promptly if your order is cancelled by us.

If we cancel your order, you will be notified by email and refunded in full within 5 business days to your original payment method.


5. Shipping and delivery

We will make every effort to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and LunaDreams cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon dispatch.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from LunaDreams pass to you upon confirmed delivery of the products. If your order is lost in transit or not delivered, please refer to our Shipping Policy for the remedy process.


6. Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility, timeframes, and process. Nothing in our Refund Policy limits or excludes any consumer statutory rights you may have under applicable law.


7. Product safety and liability

All LunaDreams sleep bags are Oeko-Tex certified and tested against 100+ harmful substances. Our products meet applicable safety standards for baby sleepwear.

Skin Sensitivity: Individuals with known skin sensitivities or allergies to textiles should take appropriate precautions before using any new product. LunaDreams is not liable for adverse reactions arising solely from an individual's personal skin sensitivity where the product meets its stated specifications and certifications. This exclusion does not apply to, and does not limit LunaDreams' liability for, any reaction caused by a manufacturing defect, contamination, or failure of the product to meet its stated Oeko-Tex or other applicable certifications.

LunaDreams products are designed for use as sleepwear only and should be used in accordance with the care and usage instructions provided. LunaDreams accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse of our products.


7A. Warranty

LunaDreams warrants that its products will be of satisfactory quality and as described at the time of sale, in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act (Cap. 393) and the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003. Our Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification applies to our sleep bag product range. Certification status is available on request at helloluna@lunadreamsbaby.com. Except as required by applicable law, LunaDreams makes no additional express or implied warranties beyond those stated in this clause and your statutory rights.


8. Intellectual property

All content on the LunaDreams website — including but not limited to the LunaDreams name, logo, product designs, photography, copy, and graphics — is the intellectual property of LunaDreams and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any LunaDreams intellectual property without our prior written consent.


9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits LunaDreams' liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including under the Unfair Contract Terms Act (Cap. 396) or the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003.Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, LunaDreams shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential economic or financial losses arising from your use of our website. Our total liability to you for direct financial loss arising from any single purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product that is the subject of the claim. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights.


10. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012.


10A. Force Majeur

LunaDreams shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics or public health emergencies, acts of war or civil unrest, government actions or regulations, port or courier disruptions, or failure of third-party suppliers or infrastructure providers. In such circumstances, LunaDreams will: (a) notify affected customers as soon as reasonably practicable; (b) offer cancellation and a full refund as an option; and (c) resume performance of its obligations as soon as reasonably practicable once the force majeure event has subsided.


11. Dispute resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms of Service or your use of the LunaDreams website, both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith by contacting us at helloluna@lunadreamsbaby.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation at the Singapore Mediation Centre before pursuing formal legal proceedings. Mediation costs shall be shared equally between the parties unless the mediator determines otherwise. Nothing in this clause prevents you from filing a claim with the Singapore Small Claims Tribunals (SCT) where your claim falls within the SCT's jurisdictional requirements (claims up to SGD 20,000 for goods and services). The mediation requirement applies only to claims that exceed the SCT's jurisdiction. If mediation is unsuccessful, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.


12. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Singapore.

International Consumers: Where you are a consumer habitually resident in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory consumer protection rights (including, without limitation, the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, or Canada), nothing in these Terms of Service shall limit or exclude those rights. The governing law and jurisdiction clauses above apply to the extent permitted by the mandatory law of your country of residence.


13. Changes to these terms

LunaDreams reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For material changes (i.e., changes that substantially affect your rights or obligations, including changes to the limitation of liability, dispute resolution, or refund terms), we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to registered account holders before the changes take effect. For minor changes (such as corrections or clarifications that do not affect your substantive rights), posting on this page with a revised date is sufficient. Your continued use of the website after the notice period for material changes, or after the posting of minor changes, constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.


15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found by a court or competent authority to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be severed from these Terms of Service and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
