Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. "Business day" means any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or Singapore public holiday. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping destinations
LunaDreams ships to Singapore and to the international destinations listed at checkout. Available countries are updated regularly. We do not ship to countries subject to international trade sanctions or trade restrictions. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at helloluna@lunadreamsbaby.com before placing an order and we will do our best to assist.

Estimated delivery timeframes
Singapore 3 - 5 business days from dispatch.
International 7–10 business days from dispatch (varies by destination and customs processing)
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only. LunaDreams cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Maximum Delivery Window: If your order has not been delivered within 20 business days of dispatch for Singapore orders, or within 40 business days for international orders, please contact us at helloluna@lunadreamsbaby.com with your order number. We will initiate a formal trace or claim with our courier partner.
Order tracking
All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs and import duties
IMPORTANT — Please read before ordering internationally: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by your country upon arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are entirely outside our control. They are your sole responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. We are unable to estimate what these charges may be. Please check your local customs rates and import regulations before placing an order. By placing an international order, you confirm that you are aware of and accept responsibility for any applicable customs charges.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. LunaDreams cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us at helloluna@lunadreamsbaby.com immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch but cannot guarantee this once an order has been processed.
Lost or undelivered orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at helloluna@lunadreamsbaby.com with your order number and tracking information.If your order is confirmed lost by our courier partner (typically after 15 business days for domestic orders and 30 business days for international orders past the estimated delivery date), you may choose:(a) Reshipping of your order at no additional charge, or(b) A full refund to your original payment method.We aim to resolve all confirmed lost order claims within 10 business days of receiving your report.
Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, due to failed delivery attempts, an unclaimed parcel at a collection point, or refusal at customs), we will contact you within 3 business days of receiving it back. You may then choose to:(a) Pay reshipping costs to have the order redelivered, or(b) Receive a refund of the product price minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping costs incurred.If we do not hear from you within 14 business days of our contact, your order may be treated as abandoned and the goods may be disposed of or donated. No refund will be issued for abandoned parcels.
