Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your LunaDreams purchase. If you change your mind, we're happy to help.
Return window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a change of mind.
Condition
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or washed.
How to request a return
Contact us at helloluna@lunadreamsbaby.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-3 business days with return instructions.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as LunaDreams cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during the return.
Defective or damaged items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, or if you discover a defect after opening, please contact us at helloluna@lunadreamsbaby.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. LunaDreams will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. This does not limit your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 or the Sale of Goods Act.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. When your return is approved, we will email you to confirm your preferred refund method: (1) refund to your original payment method, or (2) store credit. If we do not receive your preference within 5 business days, the refund will be issued to your original payment method by default.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or TOG rating. Contact us at helloluna@lunadreamsbaby.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we will offer you the choice of: (a) a refund to your original payment method; (b) store credit equal to the full item value; or (c) a waitlist notification when the item is restocked. We will confirm your options within 2 business days. Once your returned item is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days, and you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
Sale items
Sale items cannot be returned for a change of mind. However, if a sale item is defective, damaged, or not as described, you retain your full statutory rights to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Bundles
Bundle sets must be returned as a complete set for change-of-mind returns. Partial bundle returns are not accepted for change-of-mind reasons. Exception: If a single item within a bundle is defective or damaged, you may return only the defective item for a replacement or a pro-rata refund. The remainder of the bundle need not be returned.
International returns
For customers outside Singapore, the same 14-day return window applies from the date of delivery. Please be aware that international return shipping costs, customs re-importation duties, and any import fees on returned goods are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend contacting us at helloluna@lunadreamsbaby.com before initiating an international return. In some cases — where return shipping costs are disproportionate to the value of the item — we may offer alternatives such as a partial refund, store credit, or assistance with a local resolution. We will not require you to return goods where the cost of doing so is unreasonable relative to the item's value.
